Phase2 was founded in 2001 with a core team who had previously worked together building B2B websites and custom business systems during the DotCom boom in the late nineties.

Over the decades, we have gradually broadened our client base, introduced new capabilities, expanded our team, acquired competitors, and built literally thousands of websites and applications for our clients in the pursuit of creating digital experience that advances the human experience.

The mission evolved.

But knowing how to build is only part of what experience has taught us. Knowing what to build matters just as much. That’s why we bring product strategy, design, and deep engineering together to identify the right opportunities, create experiences people trust, and deliver measurable returns.

And now, AI is changing what’s possible, but much of what it takes to make AI work inside an organization is familiar territory for us. Trusted data. Connected systems. Security and safeguards that meet the demands of the business. These are challenges we’ve been solving for decades, now with an entirely new generation of technology. Our engineering roots have never been more relevant, and we’re applying that expertise to bring AI into production for global enterprises navigating complex financial, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Who we are today.

Today we are an evolved company. We have remained independently owned and committed to the same set of core values. But we bring both our growth and our experience to bear. We are AI-enabled architects, project managers, software developers, data engineers, product strategists, and content experts. We work for organizations where technology has to perform, comply, and prove its value. Our people take on the problems other teams avoid. They are what make us us.

Why it works.

The reason for Phase2’s success and longevity is actually quite simple. We are comfortable with the uncomfortable and embrace the process of constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients, which are changing as fast as the technology we use to solve their problems.

Leadership

We do work that matters.
