Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Phase2 Technology, LLC (“Phase2,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit phase2.io or any other website or online service that links to this policy (together, the “Service”). It does not apply to information we collect offline, to information we process on behalf of our clients under a client agreement, or to the practices of third parties we do not control.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where the law requires your consent, such as for certain cookies, we ask for it through our cookie consent tool.
1. Information We Collect
(a) Information you provide to us
When you fill out a form on the Service (for example, to contact us, sign up for our newsletter, register for an event or webinar, or download content), we collect what you enter. That may include your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, industry and the content of your message. Our website forms are powered by ActiveCampaign, which stores your submission and manages our email communications on our behalf.
When you apply for a job, we collect the information you submit with your application, such as your résumé, work history and education. Job applications are submitted through a careers site hosted by Rippling, our recruiting and HR platform, which processes your application on our behalf.
(b) Information collected automatically
When you visit the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect some information about your device and how you use the Service (“Usage Information”). This may include:
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- your browser type, operating system and device type;
- the page or URL that referred you to the Service;
- the pages you view, the links you click, and the date and time of your visit; and
- if you have given consent where required, whether you open or click our marketing emails.
If we connect Usage Information to information that identifies you, such as an email address you submitted through a form, we treat it as Personal Information under this policy.
(c) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage and similar technologies (together, “Cookies”) to run the Service and understand how it is used. We group them into these categories, which match the choices in our cookie consent tool:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Service to work and stay secure, including saving your cookie preferences. These cannot be turned off.
- Performance and analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
- Functional. Remember your choices and provide enhanced features, such as prefilling a form you have already completed.
- Targeting and marketing. Help us understand which of our marketing efforts are working and tailor our communications to your interests.
Managing your cookie choices. We use OneTrust to manage cookie consent. When you first visit the Service, you can accept or reject non-essential Cookies, or choose by category. For visitors in regions where opt-in consent is required, non-essential Cookies are set only after you agree. You can change your choices at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.
Global Privacy Control. The Service recognizes Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeting and marketing Cookies for that browser. We do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.
(d) Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as event partners, co-marketing partners or business contact data providers, and combine it with information we collect on the Service. When we do, we treat the combined information as Personal Information under this policy.
(e) Third-party sign-in and integrations
Some features let you use a third-party account, such as LinkedIn, to apply for a job or fill out a form. If you use them, the third party may share information about you with us according to its own privacy policy and your settings with that service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and provide the information, content or services you request;
- send newsletters, event invitations and other marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time;
- evaluate job applications;
- operate, secure and improve the Service, and understand how visitors use it;
- measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- carry out other purposes we describe to you when we collect the information.
Please note that we may not respond to every inquiry submitted through a contact form. If you submit a form, we may send you marketing emails, and each one includes an unsubscribe link.
